This plant inspired class offers relaxation benefits from herbs, restorative postures, and self massage. When our energy cannot flow freely, we suffer from stiffness, inflexibility, pain, and all sorts of dis-ease. This class combines restorative postures and passive stretching with massage to stimulate the flow of energy, increasing blood circulation to help the flow of nutrients and oxygen to our tissue. This helps release blockages – untangling tension and melting stress away.
